ASSOCHAM Goa State Council in partnership with Goa State Innovation Council and Global Intellectual Property Alliance India (a non-profit organisation) organised a series of knowledge workshops across schools and colleges in Goa. The knowledge workshops were on the topic "Invention and Intellectual Property Education for Future Entrepreneurs". The knowledge workshops were led by Advocate Dr Shraddha Damle, Co-chair of GLIPA India School and College IP Education Committee and Raghvendra Bhat, Board Member of GLIPA India and Pranay Prabhu Gaonkar, Secretary GLPA India. GLIPA is an organisation which has a 20-year history from Georgia, US and have over 150 elite members in India. The following schools and colleges participated: St Joseph Institute, Vasco, New Educational Institute, Curchorem, St Xavier's Institute, Curtorim, Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Verna, Shri Nirakar Vidyalaya, Mashem and Shri Shradhanand Vidyalaya.
