Man dies after falling off roof in Borim

PONDAThe body of a 60-year-old man was found in a drain in Kapileshwari-Ponda. Some locals noticed the body floating in a drain and alerted the police and fire brigade. The body was pulled out from the drain and the deceased was later identified as Shekhar Keshav Naik of Kapileshwari. Locals suspect that Naik may have lost his balance and accidentally fell into the drain. Ponda police sent the body for an autopsy and investigations are in progress.
