Indian Red cross society (IRCS) Mormugao Branch on Friday distributed fruit Juice packs to the labourers of Mormugao municipality and the workers of Electricity Department, Vasco.
The Chairperson for IRCS Mormugao Branch Fiola Rego in a press release said that the municipal labourers, Electricity department and the Fire service workers are tirelessly serving the community by keeping the city clean or by attending emergency calls in any situation, may it be the deadly pandemic or heavy rainfall.
As a small gesture of gratitude, the IRCS Mormugao and its members distributed fruit juice boxes to them. Also present was Vice Chairperson Dr Kirti Naik, Secretary of the branch, Jaiamol Naik, treasurer Krishna Salkar, Shammi Salkar, Arnaldo Rego, William Cardozo, Dr Shweta Varshney and Sandesh RS Kundaiker, said the press note.
