The Maina Curtorim police has registered a case under the provision of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 against two persons for allegedly attacking a domestic dog with a koita.
The incident is believed to have taken place on October 23 at Loutolim when the two accused with their common intention allegedly attacked the domestic dog of the complainant with koita thereby causing severe injury to the dog.
