Neha Upadhye, a Goan student, has won the second place at an all India level online elocution competition organized jointly by the National Education Policy (NEP) and Vidyabharati on ‘The New Education Policy’ presenting her views in two minutes in Marathi section.
Neha who has completed her secondary school education at Vidyabharati run Shree Ganesh High School, is currently studying at Shree Shantadurga Higher Secondary School in Bicholim. Neha has also earned a reputation as a Bal Kirtankar in Goa and outside the State.
