Youth nabbed with ganja

Colva police has nabbed a 23-year old youth for being in possession of 127.10 grams of ganja, worth Rs 12,710.

The accused has been arrested under the provisions of the NDPS Act. The police are conducting further probe.

MARGAO Nuvem MLA Wilfred D’Sa has lodged a complaint with the Crime Branch alleging that a fake account is opened on Facebook in his name.In his complaint, D’Sa said the fake account has been opened in order to malign his image and to extort the money in his name. He said this is the second time the fake account is being opened.
