PANAJI: Gitesh from Verna emerged the winner of the 18th All Goa Fishing Competition organised by United Friends, Panjim, at the Captain of Ports Jetty on Sunday. Gitesh hooked a Dodyaro to claim the first prize of Rs 10,000 along with the winner’s trophy. Around 180 anglers from across Goa participated in the annual fishing contest.
