MARGAO: Ave Maria AWC triumphed 4-0 over CRCC in the U-15 Division II league match at Rosary Church Ground, Navelim on Monday.
Leading 1-0 at halftime, Ave Maria AWC extended their lead with goals from Niyaz Shaikh, Jovison Braganca, Dalston Rodrigues, and substitute Esias Vaz.
In another match, Youth Welfare & SC Assolna defeated United Boys of Ambaulim 4-2. Danstan Fernandes netted a brace, while Roswald Fernandes and Shaikh Zishann Nuzawar scored one goal each for Assolna. Tabish Gaonkar and Nyson Rebello were the scorers for UB Ambaulim.
Clube De Salgaocar dominated Churchill Brothers 7-0 in the U-15 Division I league match at Dramapur Football Ground. Slanzen Endro scored a hat-trick, while Floyd Rodrigues, Sweldon Viegas, Swiston Fernandes, and Travon Ilario each added a goal for Salgaocar.
