MARGAO: Bandoi thrashed ITS Boys 9-1 to enter the semis of the II Santan and Silvio Mendes Memorial Soccer, organised by Santa Cruz Club Of Cavelossim, at Fr Druston and Wellington ground, Cavelossim, on Monday.
In the third minute, Asher Rodrigues scored the first goal to give Bandoi the lead. Later, Charles Rodrigues made it 2-0 in favour of Bandoi. Ronaljit netted the third goal.
Crossing over, Bandoi maintained the pressure and pumped in six more goals to completely annihilate ITS. ITS skipper Dylan Lobo scored the lone consolation goal. ITS Boys will now clash with PAK in the semis on September 28.
