There will be a continuing medical education (CME) programme in pediatric surgery on June 8 at 3 pm in the seminar room of the pathology department Goa Medical College, Bambolim.
The topics to be covered are Solid Pseudopapillary Tumor of the Pancreas also called as Papillary Cystic Tumor of the Pancreas. Different aspects of this tumor including clinical features, imaging, Gross Microscopy, treatment and prognosis will be discussed. The CME will be chaired by Dr RG Wiseman Pinto .Professor and Head of Pathology GMC and President Asian Society of Cytopathology, Dr Hari Krishna D Head of Pediatric Surgery, Dr Deepti Chodankar Assistant Lecturer in Pediatric Surgery and Dr Cheryl onsalves Resident in Pathology. Goa Medical Council has given accreditation to this CME with one CME credit point. The CME is open to doctors and medical students.
