The death anniversary of late Dayanand B. Bandodkar, the first Chief Minister of Goa, will be observed on Thursday. The Chief Minister Pramod Sawant alongwith the Council of Ministers and other dignitaries will pay floral tributes at the samadhi of late Bandodkar at Miramar at 8.45 am followed by garlanding of the statue at Old Secretariat, Panaji at 9.00 am and at the Secretariat Complex at Porvorim at 9.15 am, as informed by Information and Publicity Department.
