PANAJI: Srinivassa Sinai Dempo College (Autonomous) has been recognised as the Best Sports College (Men) for the academic year 2024-25. Kerala Governor Rajendra Arlekar presented the award to Principal Prof Dr Manoj Kamat and Sports Director Dr Michael Dias, who accepted it on behalf of the college.
PANAJIRosary High School, Navelim, held a week-long Van Mahotsav celebration from 1 July to raise environmental awareness among students and the community. The school partnered with the Forest Department to plant 500 saplings, including flowering, medicinal and fruit-bearing plants, along a newly developed community walking track.
