PANAJI: Rosary College of Commerce and Arts, Navelim, hosted the 6th all Goa inter-collegiate cross country race organized by the Department of Physical Education of Rosary College in association with Saraswat Education Society’s Sridora Caculo College of Commerce and Management Studies, Mapusa, and the Goa Athletics Association on 29th July 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m in the individual and team categories, both for girls and boys.
This championship is conducted regularly by the college to celebrate the sport of cross country racing and emphasize its health benefits as well as its ability to foster competitive spirit. The competition was attended by 15 teams from 10 colleges across Goa, with a total of 100 participants, 35 girls and 65 boys. The race covered a distance of 10 kilometres.
