The Museum of Christian Art (MoCA) at Old Goa that had reopened its doors to visitors in January this year recently marked the 27th anniversary of the museum. There is a special guided tour of the refurbished museum on March 6 at 10.30 am. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the museum will allow a restricted group of 20 people. The work on the upgradation project prepared and executed jointly by MoCA and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (Portugal) was in its final stage early last year when it had to be abruptly stopped due to the pandemic. In the meanwhile, it was decided to reopen some sections of the museum to the public early this year, stated a MoCA press release.
