Lions International Dist 317B District Governor PMJF Lion Jose Francisco Erle Brito along with first lady PMJF Lion Glenda paid their official visit to Lions & Leo Club of Calangute, inaugurated 2 new permanent projects ie the Children’s Play Equipment Park at Mount Carmel Primary School at Arambol which is donated by Lion Fermina Pereira and St Joseph Boys Home Recreation Centre & Sports Room at Calangute sponsored by PMJF Lion Raies Ahmed during Golden Jubilee year 2023-2024. Lions & Leo Club of Calangute will maintain both projects permanently. Lions President PMJF Lion Raymond Pereira, Secretary MJF Lion Illyas Rajabali, Treasurer MJF Lion Sandeep Korgaonkar, PDG’s MJF Lion Vasudev Valawalkar & PMJF Dr Saish Lawande, ZC MJF Lion Murtaza Mathernwala, Senior Member PMJF Lion Filipe Dias , Lion Pio and others were present. Chief Guest DG PMJF Lion Erle Britto lauded the social initiatives of Lions & Leo Club of Calangute in his speech. He also appreciated the efforts of members of club and briefed on district activities.
