The post-graduate commerce section of the MES College at Zuarinagar organized four-day webinars on ‘Introduction to methods of research’. The webinars which were of one hour each, enriched and enabled the students on various methods of research via Google meet and 127 MCom stuidents participated in them. The students were from Goa Business School, Goa University, Damodar College Margao, Narayan Zhantye Commerce College Bicholim, Government College, Quepem, Government College Khandola Marcel and Sant Sohirobnath Ambiye Government College Pernem.
The resource person of the webinar was Dr Kirti Tyagi from the Shipping and Logistics department of MES College while the coordinator was Dr Champa Parab who introduced the resource person. Dr Tyagi highlighted the importance of the webinar and guided the students with the help of various examples.
At the concluding function, the officiating Principal Dr Meenakshi Bawa addressed the participants giving a brief overview to the PG Department of Commerce of the college and expressed her deep gratitude to principals of the various PG Centres for encouraging students to register for the webinar.
