Shivang Shirodkar, a student from Valpoi, has made history by being selected to present his ideas to Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the ‘Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue’ event.
Shivang, who is currently pursuing a BSc in Physics and Online Data Science course at St Xavier's College in Mapusa, was one of the 25 best presenters chosen from over 3,000 talented contestants from across the country.
Shivang's presentation was on the topic ‘Fit Bharat, Hit Bharat’, where he emphasised the importance of physical and mental well-being of the youth in achieving the dream of a developed India. He highlighted the need for a sports culture, a healthy lifestyle, and harnessing the energy of the youth.
The selection process involved various levels of competition, and Shivang's selection is considered a significant achievement in the field of education and public speaking.
