Two houses were damaged in Hivre-Thane and one in Kumthol in Sattari, after strong winds struck the taluka on Saturday evening.
According to reports, a tree fell on the house of Devki Gaonkar at Hivre-Thane, damaging the roof and household items. Villagers have demanded that the government provide financial assistance to the affected family.
In another incident at Yachwada, a tree fell on the house of Krishna Gaonkar, also damaging the roof and household items.
Elsewhere, a tree fell on the house of Ankush Malshekar at Kumthol-Sattari.
After being alerted, the Valpoi Fire and Emergency Services went to all three sites and cleared the fallen trees.
