Samraat Club, is a premier organization from Margao, dedicated to the promotion and propagation of art and culture is organising their annual all Goa ‘Panatee (lamp) decoration competition 2018’ on November 21 from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm, on the pathway below Margao municipal
council building.
The competitors have to compulsorily use a minimum of 50 traditional earthen lamps and flowers for the decoration. No candles or any artificial lighting will be allowed.
The first prize for the competition is Rs 5,001, the second prize is Rs 3,001 and the third place carries a prize of Rs 2,001. Besides two consolation prizes with have a cash reward of Rs 500.
Each participating team will receive Rs 300. First 15 entries will get a
special prize.
