The Araujo brothers, Mariano and Peter alias Pitu, have released a vision document for Santa Cruz, as both of them are contesting the upcoming panchayat polls and also supporting candidates in other wards.
Speaking to reporters, Mariano informed that their vision is to provide an effective garbage management system for the people of Santa Cruz to keep the village clean.
“Open spaces will be developed into parks, children play areas, walking tracks and botanical gardens,” Araujo informed.
Other facilities being promised in the vision document include boost to agriculture, traffic signal at market junction, daycare centre for senior citizens, among others.
On his part, Pitu said they have been working for the betterment of the village and will continue to do so, unlike others who are getting active only during panchayat polls.
