PANAJI: The Socorro Socio-Art and Cultural Association, Porvorim, a well-known art and cultural association in Goa, has been actively involved in organising festivals like Patolleanchem fest, Poderanchem fest, Sao Joao, Cajuchem fest, Ambianchem fest, Zhadancho Utsov, etc, for the past couple of years at Socorro.
With an aim to project and promote various art and craftsmanship, the Socorro Socio-Art and Cultural Association is organising a fest of Art, Craft and Goan Food on December 19, 2016 at Socorro Church grounds between 5pm to 10 pm. Those interested to participate will be introduced to the public and given an opportunity to speak about their art and craft. Hence, the interested persons or institutions are requested to send their bio-data and brief write-up on the art/craft they will be demonstrating or displaying to Socorro Socio-Art and Cultural Association, Porvorim.
