BJP has fooled Goans: AAP
PERNEM: Stating that the BJP government has fooled Goans by giving assurances of special status, removal of casinos and providing 50,000 jobs, Aam Aadmi Party leader and noted poet Dr Kumar Vishwas has appealed to the people to support their party to bring about a historic victory in Goa and Punjab.
He was speaking at the AAP meeting at Bhagvati temple at Parsem on Sunday. AAP general secretary Pankaj Gupta and Dinesh Waghela were present.
Speaking further, Vishwas appealed to the residents of Mandrem constituency to elect Mandrem AAP candidate Devendra Prabhudessai. “I challenge that only AAP will defeat Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar in whichever constituency he contests the election,” he added.
Criticising Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the demonetisation move, Vishaws asked why Modi was quiet on his Rs 15 lakh assurance.
“Modi is responsible for the adverse situation which was created due to withdrawal of currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000,” he said.
