Churchill Brothers FC have unveiled their latest signings as the club steps up preparations for the 2026-27 football season.
The Red Machines have secured the services of Cuncolim-born winger-cum-striker Trijoy Dias, who returns to the club after previously making an impression with his performances.
Dias expressed his delight at joining Churchill Brothers, praising the atmosphere at the club and the warm welcome he has received.
“I’m happy to be at Churchill Brothers FC. I’m grateful to everyone who made my move to the Red Machines possible. I’m here to help the team,” Dias said.
Dias first grabbed attention while playing for Sporting Clube de Goa, before making a strong impact for Goa during the Santosh Trophy qualifiers held at home. His performances have underlined his potential, although he will now have to fight for a place in the starting XI.
Dias has also turned out for Churchill Brothers FC and Gokulam Kerala FC in the I-League, scoring a total of six goals for the two clubs.
Churchill Brothers have also brought in Burkina Faso former international Dramane Salou, who has represented his country at the international level. Salou was part of the Burkina Faso side that faced Morocco in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Speaking about his move to Churchill Brothers, Salou said his focus would be on contributing to the team’s success.
“My aim with Churchill Brothers FC is to give my best for the team, contribute to our success and help the club achieve its goals in the ISL. I’m really excited about this opportunity and look forward to learning, improving and making a positive impact throughout the season,” he said.
