CM takes part in Rangotsav celebrations
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant being greeted with colours by Sulakshana Sawant and party workers during the Rangotsav celebrations.

On the occasion of Holi and Rangotsav, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant celebrated the festival in the presence of hundreds of party workers and well-wishers. Extending his Holi greetings to the people of Goa, he conveyed a special message urging everyone to spread virtues along with the use of natural colours.

The Chief Minister began the celebrations in the morning at his residence with family members and party workers. Later, he joined the festivities at the Ravindra Bhavan premises, where he participated enthusiastically, fully immersed in the spirit of the festival.

On this occasion, his wife Sulakshana Sawant, office-bearers of Ravindra Bhavan, children, youth, senior citizens, and a large number of party workers were present.

A musical programme, dance performances, and various entertainment activities were organised as part of the event, adding to the festive fervour.

The port town ushered in Holi celebrations on Tuesday morning with traditional prayers at the Shri Damodar Temple.Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar and Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar, who is also the President of the Murgao Nagrik Shigmotsav Samiti (MNSS), along with committee members, offered prayers at the temple before the celebrations began in full swing.
