Despite drug charges, Steve set to hold ‘Rider Mania’

Notwithstanding serious charges against him, nightclub owner John Stephen D’Souza (Steve) is set to organise ‘Rider Mania’ next month, subject to a final outcome at a meeting of Anjuna Comunidade slated on November 13.

As per a notification wherein, Anjuna Comunidade has convened an extraordinary general body meeting of its components/ shareholders, three agendas will be discussed, one of which comprises “John Stephen D’Souza to organise Rider Mania 2022”. 

The annual All India festival has a two-wheeler agency as the main organiser. 

Sources confirmed that Steve proposed holding the event from November 18-20 wherein bike races and bike shows among other competitions will be organised, and its tickets were sold last month.

This year’s event is being held after a gap of two years, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. 

The Comunidade meeting will also be discussing the ensuing Sunburn EDM, being an annual event hosted on Comunidade property in Vagator.
