DGP Muktesh Chandar secures third prize is essay writing competition.

Goa's DGP Dr Muktesh Chandar has secured third prize in Prime Minister's Silver Cup Essay Competition 2017 organised by Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad. The theme of the essay was: National Security Strategy: from Cold War to Code War. Police officers from all over the country had participated in this competition. Dr Chandar stood third in the competition.
