Elect BJP for Goa's prosperity: Gadkari
PERNEM: Stating that the BJP government at the Centre has spent Rs 15 crore to develop roads in Goa in the last five years, Union minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari appealed to vote and elect BJP to power for a prosperous Goa.
Gadkari was speaking at a public meeting organised at Pernem to campaign for Panchayat Minister and BJP Pernem candidate Rajendra Arlekar on Monday.
Speaking further, Gadkari said the assembly elections will decide the future of Goans. “Development of Goa is impossible without stable government,” he added.
Arlekar, Pernem Municipal Council Chairperson Smita Kudtarkar, Vice-Chairperson Upendra Deshprbhu, BJP general secretary Sadanand Tanawade and others were present.
