According to Ponda police, the belongings of Sandeep Vishwakarma have been found on the Borim bridge and his family members have lodged a missing complaint.
Police informed that Vishwakarma, an engineering student of RIT Shiroda, is missing since Saturday afternoon. “His belongings, including a mobile phone, have been found abandoned at Borim bridge,” said the duty officer.
Vishwakarma was supposed to answer examination at Rayeshwar Institute of Engineering and Information Technology at Shiroda on Saturday, but he reportedly didn’t appear for the exam. He is third year student of Computer Science.
A missing complaint was filed by his family members, as he failed to return home. PSI Nitin Halarnkar is investigating the case.
