PANAJI: Chief Minister, Manohar Parrikar has condoled the death of Francis D’Souza, MLA & former Deputy Chief Minister.
In his message Chief Minster said, “Extremely pained to hear about the demise of my dear childhood friend, colleague and former Deputy Chief Minister of Goa Adv. Francis D’Souza.
He was a wonderful human being and a leader loved by all.
He devoted himself to public service. His demise is a great personal loss. My sympathies to his family, prayers for strength to them”.
