Saying that frightening videos of major fire incidents at Abids Area in Hyderabad & Kasargod in Kerala injuring many in last 2 days due to fireworks, Madganvcho Avas has appealed to the people to take utmost care while storing & bursting of firecrackers during the ensuing Diwali festival.
Prabhav Naik has also urged upon the government Authorities to ensure safety of citizens. Prabhav Naik has tagged in a social medial post both District Collectors of Goa who also happen to be heads of State Disaster Management Cell and demanded that eleborate preventive measures should be put in place to handle any incident.
“I am fully aware of the absence of proper Fire Fighting Equipments in and around Margao Municipal Market. The situation is no better in other markets of Goa. It is now only in the hands of people to take care of their safety, he said.
