PANAJI: Goa Tourism received an award for the Best Overall Presentation (National) at IITM Mumbai held recently at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregao. The award was presented to Goa Tourism by Mehmood Ahmed Shah, Director of Tourism, JK Tourism. Gurudas Shirodkar, BOD, GTDC; Deepak Narvekar, PRO, GTDC; Armando Duarte, Dy General Manager, GTDC; Sudesh Tamboskar, Information Assistant & Rajendra Tari from Tourism Department were present.

PANAJI: Duly filled in entries in the prescribed format are invited by Kala Academy Goa from Goan choir groups/institutions and churches for participation in the choir (hymns) singing competition, so as to reach to Kala Academy office latest by October 17, 2016. The copy of the rules and regulations and entry form in the prescribed format will be available at Kala Academy Goa from October 5. The competition is open to Goan artists, choir groups, institutions and churches.…
