MARGAO:
Fatorda police on late Wednesday arrested a native of West Bengal for allegedly killing his 33-year old wife.
The incident occurred at Mungul where the duo were staying in a rented room.
Fatorda PI Nethan Almeida informed that the husband Krishna Roy beat his wife Karishma to death.
He said the accused committed the crime in an inebriated state.
A team of Fatorda police led PI Almeida rushed to Mungul after receiving the information and arrested the accused. Further investigation into the case is on.
