Acting on a tip-off, the Crime Branch of Goa Police on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday raided a villa at Arpora and busted yet another IPL betting racket worth over Rs one crore. Three persons have been arrested.
The three accused, Shakti Punjabi, Vishal Ahuja and Hitesh Keshwani, all residents of Gandhidham, Gujarat, were accepting the bets on mobile phones. These were being entered on a high-tech computer software installed on their laptop.
