PANAJI: Five teams of the Income Tax, Goa, conducted a series of raids on the residences and offices of some prominent industrialists and businessmen in Goa, Belgaum, Bengaluru and Dharwad this morning.
Details so far reveal that in Belgaum, raids were conducted at properties located in areas under the Belgaum Camp and Tilakwadi police station limits. Unaccounted assets and financial documents will be probed.
Similar operations were carried out in Bengaluru, Goa and Dharwad.
