Speaking on the sidelines of inauguration of health camp organised by NCP Vasco block committee, D’Souza said instead of going after black money hoarders, Modi has put the common men to hardship.
“What is the use of Rs 2000 note when there is no sufficient change in the market, due to which the note cannot be exchanged? If poor people cannot use their own hard earned money, then whom the BJP government is trying to satisfy,” D’Souza asked.
“If you visit any bank across the State, you will find only the common men standing in the queue to deposit, withdraw or exchange, while the real culprits are least bothered,” said D’Souza.
