"Yes it is true that we have most of the clearances even though there are still some cases pending with the National Green Tribunal and other cases. Nevertheless there is no stay on the project as on date," P Ravi a company official said.
"It has been quite a long waiting period the first preference will be to start the work on the experience centre," he added. The experience centre are the two villas the company had initial permission from the High Court to construct and will be used for marketing purposes. Ravi said the company would now begin a resurvey and after that apply for a construction licence.
