Logo contest winners declared
PANAJI: The special purpose vehicle (SPV), formulated to implement the Smart City plans, had earlier announced a competition wherein participants were asked to design a logo for the SPV, Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited.
The jury shortlisted the finalists among hundreds of entries, based on creativity and adherence to the brief. The first place, with a cash prize was awarded to two individuals - Ezer Mascarenhas and Akash Mittal. The second place with a cash prize went to Wynoma Noronha.
