Man ends life in Korgao

A 39-year-old man ended his life at his home in Sukalwada, Korgao-Pernem on Friday.

According to Pernem police, Bhikaji Kambli had mental issues and had been undergoing treatment with a consultant psychiatrist.

One receiving news of the incident, a Pernem police team went to the house and conducted the panchanama. The body was later shifted to the GMC hospital at Bambolim for an autopsy.

Family members have not suspected any foul play and investigations are being conducted by Pernem PSI Prathmesh Parsekar.
