Even within designated areas, the presence of intoxicated men and beggars found sleeping makes standing there an uneasy experience. The authorities should look into these challenges.”
Echoing similar sentiments, another commuter recounts her daily struggle, “Navigating through the filth and stagnant water is a daunting task. Finding a safe spot to wait for my bus feels like manoeuvring through an obstacle course I’d rather avoid, but I have no choice but to endure it every day.”
