Stating that Prime Minister Narendra Modi left his family to make India superpower, former chief minister Laxmikant Parsekar said Modi took bold and crucial decisions and appealed to support the prime minister to achieve his dream to make India superpower.
He was speaking during the cleanliness drive organised by the Mandrem BJP Mandal on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on Sunday.
Speaking further, Parsekar said Prime Minister Modi wants to make the nation a superpower focusing on crores of Indians and especially the youth.
"Modi travelled the world to build image of the nation. He worked to deliver schemes to every poor in the country. This year, BJP is celebrating the birth centenary year of Deen Dayal Upadhaye and Modi is taking his dream forward," added Parsekar.
Arambol Zilla Panchayat member Arun Bankar, Mandrem Sarpanch Santosh Barde, former ZP member Deepak Kalangutkar, former Tuem sarpanch Vilasini Naik, former Agarwaddo sarpanch Shashikala Damaji, former Mandrem sarpanch Vishwanath Shirodkar, former Morjim sarpanch Ratnakar Shetgaonkar, Mandrem BJP Mandal president Ramesh Shet Mandrekar and other party workers took part in the cleanliness drive.
