Panaji: The PWD has announced that the link road connecting NH 66 to Mopa International Airport (NH 166) is notified as a "No Parking/No Halting Zone." This means that vehicles are not allowed to stop or park along this road.
The new seven-kilometer Mopa link road was constructed at a cost of Rs 1,183 crore, which is designed to improve access to Manohar International Airport. This upgrade has made travel faster and more convenient. The road was built with the aim to boost tourism, enhance multi-modal connectivity, and lower logistics costs.
