No-confidence move against Bhoma dy sarpanch
PONDA: Four panchas of Bhoma Adcolna Panchayat have moved a no-confidence motion against Deputy Sarpanch Damodar Naik.
The no-confidence motion notice signed by Dharma Bhomkar, Mahima Naik, Sunil Jalmi and Varsha Naik has been submitted to the Block Development Office Ponda.
The four panchas have accused the deputy sarpanch of not taking them into confidence. The Bhoma Adcolna Panchayat consist of seven panchas.
Novenas of Fr Agnelo AGASSAIM: The novena in preparation for the death anniversary of Fr Agnelo at Pilar will start from November 10. Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrao will preside over the feast mass on November 19 at 9.30 am. The novena masses will begin at 5.30, 6.45. 8 and 9.15 in the morning and at 3.45, 5 and 6.15 in the evening.
