Panchvan Stambh release today
PANAJI: The Governor, Dr Mridula Sinha, will be the chief guest at the ninth annual function of the ‘Panchvan Stambh’ a Hindi monthly journal, published and edited by Sangeeta Sinha, from New Delhi, at 4 pm on November 27, at the Institute Menezes Braganza Hall, at Panaji.
This journal is known for its policy interpretations and bridges the gap between the government and voluntary agencies. The theme of the seminar is ‘People’s Participation in Governance.’ The Deputy Chief Minister, Francis D’Souza will preside over the function. Anil Madhav Dave, MP Rajya Sabha, will be guest of honour and Vinay Saharsabhudhhe, social thinker, will also be present.
A book ‘Loktantra Mein Lok’ written by Devidas Apte, former member of Rajya Sabha will also be released.
