Tech savvy GPCC president Shantaram Naik disclosed that he manages everything over his iPad and declared that he will be using the high-tech gadget to manage the day-to-day operations of the party.

PANAJI: rExplaining the first item on his agenda, Naik stated, “I will be using my iPad for quick information. I was the first person to use an iPad while giving speech in Rajya Sabha.” rNaik said that he will focus not only on the 16 constituencies presently represented by the Congress but also on the constituencies where the party lost. “I will study booth-wise voting pattern through our workers,” he announced. rNaik further laid stress on ensuring that all Congress workers know aboutbthe existing government welfare schemes. “We will appoint five to six Committees to study schemes and advice people on these,” he said. rThe new GPCC chief also expressed confidence that he can implement the party’s manifesto despite being in the opposition.
