Inaugurating the Goa Timeline property fair in Mapusa on Saturday, Deputy Chief Minister Francisco said that such exhibitions help people to get all the information under one roof.

“People must take advantage of such fairs as it gives an opportunity to a buyer to meet a builder, banker and other consultants dealing in property at one spot,” D’Souza said.

Goa Timeline Property expo is the biggest property expo held in Goa. There are a total of 19 stalls of builders and other related companies.

The fair at Bodgeshwar temple hall, Mapusa is open for the public from 10 am to 9 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Mapusa Municipal Council Chairperson Sandeep Falari, CREDAI-Goa president Jagannath Prabhudessai and Bank of Baroda (regional manager) D K Namdeo were also present.

The property fair gives an opportunity to builders, architects, interior & exterior designers, construction companies, vastu consultants, banks, etc, to exhibit their products under one roof.

The exhibition also facilitates a meeting with the buyers and the builders besides giving an opportunity for spot booking, spot housing loans and spot vastu consultancy at the venue.

Prominent names at the expo are Delvin Infrastructures, Raj Housing Development Pvt Ltd, Redrock Constructions LL, Space Deal Pvt Ltd, Green Acres, Ascon Developers & Realtors, Chandan Group, Happy Realtors, Linc Property Developers Ltd, Classic Squares Realty Pvt Ltd, Salkar Constructions, Dolomite Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Kalpak Developers, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Saraswat Bank, State Bank of India, LIC Housing Finance Ltd etc.
