RG has ‘Plan B’ in place if party registration delayed: Parab

OLD GOA
Assuring Goans that Revolutionary Goans (RG) will give one party, one symbol to the Goans, its supreme Manoj Parab informed that RG has a “Plan B” in place if party registration is delayed.

Parab made the statement while replying to The Goan when asked to reveal the progress made on the party’s registration at a function organised to open RG office in Segundo Bairro-Santa Cruz on Friday.

“We have filed a reply to the objection against our party registration and we have also made minor changes in the Constitution as advised and it’s been around 15 days now.”

“We are now awaiting their reply and we are hopeful to receive it by the month-end, wherein the final party registration certificate should be given,” Parab informed.

“However, I also want to tell Goans that if the party registration is delayed for whatever reason then we have “Plan B” in place where we are ready to contest on a single symbol, single party.”

When asked if they had finalised candidates, Parab replied: “We have already finalised candidates in 20-25 constituencies and only declaration is remaining. We are awaiting the party registration after which candidates will be declared,” Parab said.

Earlier, Parab congratulated the youth of St Cruz constituency for working fearlessly in a constituency where muscle power and money power play a big role.

Ajay Kholkar said the festival of Dussehra was chosen to open the office as RG wanted to gain victory over evil politicians.

RG President Viresh Borkar appealed to Goans to come together and participate in the revolution so that rights of Goans are restored, particularly in St Cruz constituency, where migrants have taken jobs and businesses of locals.

“Goans have woken up and will show the door to politicians in the 2022 Assembly elections. The revolution of RG cannot be stopped by anybody, even if they use money and muscle power,” Borkar stated.

Lucio Roncon outlined the objectives of opening the office in Santa Cruz and invited people to avail of its services.
