Rhythmic breathing sessions
PANAJI: A free beginners’ session by Venkat, in English/Konkani on three-step rhythmic breathing, the correct natural breathing pattern will be on December 27, from 9.20 am to 10 am at Parish Hall, St Andrew Church, Vasco; On December 27 from 11 am to 1 pm at Loyola School, Margao; on December 27, from 5 pm to 7 pm at Vidyadhiraj Hall, opp Hanuman temple, Mahalakshmi temple complex, Panaji; on December 29, from 6 pm to 7 pm at Ganapati temple, first floor, near football ground, St Cruz.
Fir registration contact Venkat. Daily practice sessions are held at Joggers Park stage, Altinho, Panaji at 6 am; Garden stage, behind Trinity Esperanca Hospital, Miramar at 7.15 am and at Panaji Church hall at 5.30 pm
