Roads under Smart City opened for public: Govt to HC

The State government on Wednesday submitted to the Bombay High Court at Goa that all roads, which were taken up for Smart City project, have been reopened. While adjourning the PIL to July 30, the HC has asked the petitioner residents to place on record any deficiencies related to the works.
