To speed up the disposal of mutation cases, the administration of South Goa and Kushavati districts will hold a special Saturday camp at all Mamlatdar offices in the two districts on February 21. The camps are being organised to ensure quick and timely clearance of pending mutation applications.
In an order approved by the Collector of South Goa and Kushavati districts, Egna Cleetus, Deputy Collector Avelina D’Sa has authorised all Mamlatdars to hold the special camps on Saturday and complete the required procedures to clear pending cases.
The camp will be held at the respective Mamlatdar offices or at common venues announced locally. The main aim is to dispose of pending mutation applications. All Mamlatdars have been directed to ensure the camp runs smoothly. A compliance report stating the number of applications cleared, along with details, must be submitted to the Deputy Collector (Revenue) on or before February 25.
