The Kashyaps transferred

PANAJI: The ministry of home affairs (MHA) has issued orders transferring the Indian Police Service (IPS) couple Karthik and Priyanka Kashyap to Mizoram.
The MHA order transferring a bunch of IPS officers from the AGMUT cadre said they should be relieved within seven days.
Kartik and Priyanka, both IPS officers of the 2009 batch, had earlier been issued transfer orders out of Goa but were permitted to continue to serve in Goa after both MHA and the State government accepted the couple's petition citing personal reasons.
Karthik heads the crucial Crime Branch as Superintendent of Police, while Priyanka is in-charge fo the Anti-Corruption Branch in the same rank.
The MHA order also transfers Aslam Khan and Pankaj KR Singh to Goa from Delhi to replace the Kashyap couple.
